Es hora de luchar con más fuerza en pos de la igualdad de género – City Matters

El mes pasado, el Índice de Género de los ODS, elaborado por Equal Measures 2030, reveló que 2800 millones de mujeres y niñas actualmente viven en países que no están haciendo lo suficiente para mejorar sus vidas.  Si bien la mayoría de los países están en el mundo en vías de desarrollo, el índice muestra que la brecha salarial de género, la violencia de género y el subrepresentación de las mujeres en el gobierno son algunos de los desafíos que todos los países aún enfrentan.
